Ordering Information.
Shipping is via United States First Class Package Service. Orders normally ship within two days of placement and delivery usually takes four to six days not including weekends. If you have special shipping requirements please email or phone us for assistance. We make every effort to insure timely delivery of your order. Shipping delays caused by elements out of our control are not our responsibility. We are pleased to help you with tracking your order if it becomes necessary. Warranty And Returns
Products are warranted (except for "imperfects, defectives and closeouts") to be free from material and workmanship defects. You may return, exchange or replace your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. Simply follow our return procedure as shown below:
1. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of shipment receipt.
2.Contact us for a return authorization form. Complete the returns authorization form and email it to us. We will send you a return authorization. We recommend returning your order via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service insured so your shipment may be tracked from their web site. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Allow two weeks for your return to be processed. The refund method will be the same as the payment method of your order. Either by credit to your charge card or by refund check.
4. Sorry, we cannot refund return shipping cost unless your return is being made because of product defect or our error.
Important To Know How To Un-Snap/Re-Snap The Rear Game Pouch.jpg)
The rear game pouch is fitted with extra hard action snaps. The same kind the military uses on their gear. We use these high grade snaps to increase the payload capacity of the game pouch. To remove the pouch you must grasp the edge of the snap placket with one hand while holding the belt with your other hand and pull steadily from left or right to cause the snaps to release. Pulling on the pouch itself while holding the belt to remove it or jerking in a fast motion could damage the pouch. The snaps are too strong to remove the pouch by this method. To re-snap the rear game pouch it may be necessary to place the belt on a flat surface and rock the snap button on it's edge to engage the spring inside it.
